Platinum selling country music artist John Berry was inducted into the Academy of Local Musicians Hall of Fame last week at a special ceremony in Hendersonville, Tn. On hand to welcome John into this elite club were ALM founder Donnie Reed along with Grammy Award winner Jeannie Seely, Grand Ole Opry veteran Tim Atwood, Songwriter Bobby Tomberlin and publicist Bev Moser—all members of the ALM Hall of Fame.
“I started the ALM Hall of Fame several years ago to recognize those artists, musicians, songwriters and behind the scenes personnel who make this industry great,” gushed Reed. “John Berry is one of the greatest performers of our time.”
“I’ll second that,” added Atwood. “I love to hear John sing Your Love Amazes Me, but if you’ve never heard him sing O Holy Night, you are missing something special. John Berry will take you to church! I’m proud to be a member of the ALM Hall of Fame alongside such an outstanding individual.”
